HUMANITIES SCHOOL ADD/DROP POLICY:

 A student may drop a course in the School of Humanities up to the end of the second week of classes.

A student may add a course in the School of Humanities up to the end of the second week of classes.

You can change your grading option from grade to P/NP up to the end of the second week of classes.

Requests to drop after the second week will be granted only for exceptional circumstances. Exceptions are handled through the Humanities Dean’s office, not the professor.

NOTE FROM YOUR PROFESSOR: If, after the above deadlines have passed, you believe you will need to drop the course for whatever reason, it is best to discuss this with me as soon as possible, and to also be in touch with the Humanities counselors as soon as you think you are in trouble.
